Admin: schedule a meeting & publish minutes

Committee members (admins and members with the committee role) schedule meetings, announce them to residents, collect RSVPs, and publish minutes — all from the Meetings page.

Steps

  1. Open Admin → Meetings (/admin/meetings) or Committee → Meetings (/committee/meetings).
  2. Tap Meeting, then enter Title, Date & time, Meeting type, optional Location, Video link, and Quorum fraction.
  3. Tap Create meeting (it starts as a draft).
  4. Add numbered agenda items, and optionally link each agenda item to a poll.
  5. Tap Announce to notify members and open RSVPs; track quorum and represented flats on the card.
  6. Use RSVP roster to review responses and export CSV for AGM records.
  7. After the meeting, tap Conclude, then Minutes to publish MoM and optionally link a Document Vault file.

Good to know

  • Only committee/admins can create, announce or publish; all members can read and RSVP.
  • Publish, reschedule, cancel, conclude, and minutes actions are audit logged.
  • Reschedule and cancel send in-app notices to members automatically.
  • Tie agenda resolutions to Plinth polls for a defensible, audit-logged vote.
