Resident: register a vehicle
Before you start
You need a claimed flat in the society. If you have not claimed yet, complete that first.
Register
- Open Parking (
/parking) → Vehicles tab. - Tap Vehicle.
- Select type: car, bike, EV car, EV bike, bicycle, or other.
- Enter registration number (as on the RC).
- Add optional make/model (e.g. "Hyundai Creta").
- Pick your flat if you have more than one.
- Tap save — your vehicle appears under your flat.
Edit or remove a vehicle
- Use the pencil icon to update registration type, number, flat, or make/model.
- Use remove when a vehicle is sold or no longer active in the society.
View parking slots
Switch to the Slots tab to see society bays — code, zone, status, and which flat is allotted.
Slot allotment is done by admins. If your bay is missing or wrong, contact the committee.
Search and export
- Use search to quickly find your vehicle or slot code.
- Use export to download your current list as CSV.
