1. Open Finance → Procurement or the hub tile.
2. See all published service requests for your society with status badges.
3. While quotes are open, you see title and scope not individual vendor prices.
4. After shortlist/award, see quote count and which vendor was selected.
5. If a non-lowest vendor was chosen, read the award note documented by the committee.
6. If a vendor selection poll is active, vote from the linked poll card (same rules as society polls).

You cannot submit quotes that is vendor-only on the Plinth marketplace.
