Pricing questions

What counts as a "flat"?

Any distinct residential unit in your society — flat, villa, commercial unit, or shop. Multi-flat owners count each unit separately. The number of flats in your plan equals your imported roster size.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for a full year upfront at the annual rate. Your plan is active for 12 months. If your society adds more flats and crosses a plan limit, we will upgrade you to the next tier and prorate the difference.

Can I trial the paid plan before committing?

Yes — Community comes with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all Community features during the trial period.

What happens when our committee changes at the AGM?

Nothing changes for your subscription. Admin seats can be transferred to the incoming committee. Your society, roster, polls, and audit log remain intact. This is a major reason we recommend annual billing — it survives the committee handover.

Do you offer discounts for smaller societies on the Community plan?

The free Starter tier covers societies up to 30 flats. For societies with 30–50 flats, contact us — we can discuss introductory pricing. We want governance tools to be accessible even to small cooperatives.

Is GST charged on top of the listed prices?

Yes. GST at 18% is applicable and will be shown at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for all paid plans.

Can we keep our data if we cancel?

Yes. On cancellation you can export a full CSV of your polls, votes (aggregated, not individual for secret polls), members, and audit log. Raw data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then purged.
